KB Maharjan MA MD, is the CEO of KB Education Foundation (P.) Ltd. The author of several books, including his national bestseller ‘Six Years in Japan,’ he is a well-known writer, educationalist and Martial Art Black Belt – 2nd dan.

Maharjan taught English literature at Tribhuvan University to graduate as well as undergraduate students for more than two decades. A weekly columnist in Trishuli Prawah, a popular weekly, he is the Founder Principal of BernHardt College, Kathmandu. Himself a trained counseling psychologist and the Founding Chairman of Counseling & Seminar Center (CSC), he is well acquainted with the importance of holistic living. At present he is the Senior Translation Officer in the United Nations Mission in Nepal (UNMIN).
